Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping & Delivery


We currently ship throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.


Estimated delivery times:


- Major Cities: 2–5 business days

- Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

 

Delivery Partners

Treasury Scents uses trusted delivery partners, including Pargo, PAXI, and selected courier services, to ensure reliable nationwide delivery throughout South Africa.

Depending on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout, your order may be:

  • Delivered directly to your address by a courier partner.
  • Sent to a Pargo Pick-Up Point for collection.
  • Sent via PAXI to a selected Pep Store for collection.

Customers will receive collection instructions and tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery method selected and the destination of the order.


Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.


Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) to monitor your shipment's progress.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Treasury Scents will not be held liable for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Delayed or Lost Shipments


While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.


Damaged Parcels


If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will investigate the matter and work towards a suitable resolution.

Treasury Scents business opportunity packages are carefully prepared and quality checked before dispatch. Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to verify that all items have been received as listed in their selected package.
